Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and contact

Momentum Lab is operated by SCIS SOLUTIONS, the legal seller and merchant of record. Customer service, complaints, cancellation, and refund requests may be sent to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate name and email information during checkout.

3. Packages

Momentum Lab offers the following one-time packages:

• Foundation — USD 240: Core Performance Architecture, Monthly Trajectory Review, and Strategic Goal Scaffolding.
• Optimization — USD 495: Advanced Decision Frameworks, Bi-weekly Advisory Sessions, and Efficiency Automation Audit.
• Apex — USD 995: Bespoke Full-Life Mastery Systems, Weekly Strategy Sprints, and 24/7 Priority Advisory Route.

Package descriptions identify the service level purchased. Specific scheduling, communication, and delivery arrangements may be agreed directly with the customer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed and charged once in United States dollars. The packages are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Your bank or card provider may apply conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control.

Payment is processed on a secure hosted checkout. A contract is formed when the payment processor confirms successful payment and Momentum Lab records the confirmed purchase. Momentum Lab does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for participating in good faith, supplying information reasonably needed to provide the package, attending agreed sessions, and using the service lawfully. Results depend on individual circumstances, choices, and participation; no particular personal, business, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

6. Refund promise and withdrawal

You may request a full refund of the package price at any time and for any reason. Submit the request through our online withdrawal form or email [email protected]. No explanation is required.

This promise is broader than the minimum 14-day withdrawal period that may apply to EU and EEA consumers. More information is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Momentum Lab materials, methods, documents, branding, and website content remain owned by SCIS SOLUTIONS or the relevant licensor. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for your own purposes. You may not resell, publish, distribute, copy commercially, or make them available to third parties without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with payment or security systems, submit fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We may make reasonable operational changes where they do not materially reduce a package already purchased. We may suspend website access temporarily for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, SCIS SOLUTIONS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

11. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected] with your name, purchase email, and order or payment reference if available. We will review the matter and respond using the contact information supplied.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law otherwise applicable to SCIS SOLUTIONS and the transaction. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or courts available to you under the law of your habitual residence.

13. General

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
