2. Information we collect
- Checkout details: first name, last name, email address, selected package, price, currency, checkout reference, payment status, receipt reference, and payment scheme.
- Refund and withdrawal details: name, email, order reference, package, request text, confirmation reference, and request status.
- Support details: messages and other information you choose to provide to our support mailbox.
- Technical and security data: request time, browser or device information, and network or security logs processed by our hosting and security provider.

3. Why we use information
- Contract
- To create checkout, confirm payment, provide the selected package, communicate about the purchase, and process refund or withdrawal requests.
- Legal obligations
- To maintain accounting, transaction, consumer-rights, fraud-prevention, and compliance records where required.
- Legitimate interests
- To protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, handle disputes, and improve service reliability, provided those interests do not override your rights.
- Consent
- Where we expressly ask for consent for an optional use. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Service providers and recipients
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Momentum Lab, including:
- our payment processor and fraud-prevention providers, for hosted payment processing, transaction verification, voids, and refunds;
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, database, network delivery, and security; and
- Zoho, for the [email protected] email service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International processing
SCIS SOLUTIONS and its providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA or United Kingdom. Where applicable law requires it, transfers will rely on an approved legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another valid safeguard.
6. Retention
Transaction, legal-acceptance, refund, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor the anytime refund promise, satisfy accounting or legal requirements, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Security logs are retained according to operational and provider retention settings. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is legally required.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your habitual residence, workplace, or the place of an alleged infringement.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may request proportionate information to verify identity before acting on a request.
8. Fraud prevention and payment decisions
Our payment processor and its fraud-prevention partners may assess transaction information to prevent fraud and may decline a payment under their own procedures. Their handling of information is governed by the privacy notices presented on the hosted payment page.
9. Children
Momentum Lab is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell packages to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
